RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and governs all returns and refunds for purchases made at any Time Series store.

1. Our Commitment

Time Series is committed to fair and transparent returns handling. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will work with you to find a resolution in accordance with the CPA and this policy. All purchases are made in-store; this policy applies to in-store purchases only.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of purchase if:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you may do so within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are processed in-store. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will pay the difference. If of lower value, the difference will be refunded.

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, except where defective under the CPA:

8. School Uniforms and Kids Clothing

School uniforms and children's clothing may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused and with tags attached. We recommend checking sizing carefully in-store before purchase. Our staff are happy to assist with fitting.

9. Homeware and Bedding

Bedding, towels and homeware items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original sealed packaging. Items that have been washed or used cannot be returned unless defective.

10. Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. You are always entitled to the protections afforded by South African consumer law.
