2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes to allow customers to browse our product categories, locate our stores, and contact us. The website does not facilitate online checkout or delivery at this time — all purchases and payments are completed in-store.

• You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our written permission
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time
• We make reasonable efforts to keep product and pricing information accurate, but in-store availability and prices may differ

3. Browse Online, Collect In-Store

Time Series currently operates on a browse-and-collect model:

• Customers may browse categories and products online to plan their visit
• WhatsApp or phone enquiries can be made to confirm stock availability before visiting
• All purchases, payments and collections are completed in-store only
• No delivery service is available at this time
• Online product images are representative — actual products may vary slightly in colour or detail

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed or communicated are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In-store pricing at the time of purchase is the binding price.

We accept the following payment methods in-store:

• Cash
• EFT / Bank transfer
• PayJustNow (Buy Now Pay Later — 3 equal zero-interest instalments)
• Card payments (where POS facilities are available)

5. PayJustNow Buy Now Pay Later

Time Series is an authorised PayJustNow merchant. PayJustNow allows qualifying customers to split in-store purchases into 3 equal zero-interest payments: 1/3 at point of sale, 1/3 after 30 days, and 1/3 after 60 days.

• PayJustNow transactions are subject to PayJustNow's own terms, conditions and credit assessment
• Time Series is not responsible for PayJustNow's approval or decline decisions
• Refunds for PayJustNow purchases will be credited back to your PayJustNow account in accordance with our Returns Policy

6. Product Availability

Stock levels are not displayed in real-time on this website. We receive new stock weekly and popular items may sell out. WhatsApp us before visiting to check availability. Time Series reserves the right to limit quantities per customer and to withdraw any product from sale without notice.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds process is governed by our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. In all cases, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, design and layout is the property of Time Series (Pty) Ltd or its licensed suppliers. No content may be reproduced without prior written consent. The Time Series name and logo are proprietary marks of Time Series (Pty) Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Time Series shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our stores. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with POPIA. By using this website or making a purchase, you consent to our use of your personal information as described.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the website or our stores after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
